Our Origin
We Didn't Set Out to Build Homes. We Set Out to Fix Something.
The story starts with a Broken Promise. We were expecting trustworthiness, professionalism, and high-end craftsmanship. Instead, we were left schemed, and without the perfect house we desired. We had to take the project into our own hands.
What stuck with us wasn't mistakes. Mistakes happen on every job site in America. What stuck with us was the silence around it — having to chase down our own builder to get the job done right.
So we started Passion Homes in 2021 with one rule we wrote down before we wrote a business plan: the homeowner never has to ask what's happening with their house.

Founder
Bo Johnson
Bo spent 20+ years as a licensed electrical contractor working inside other builders' homes. He learned who cuts corners behind drywall — and founded Passion Homes to build the way he always thought it should be. After being left in the dark by our contractor, Bo's experience in every trade thereof gave him the unique ability to personally take up the role as general contractor for his own home.
Co-Owner
Jeremiah Snellbaker
Jeremiah Snellbaker is a co-owner of Passion Homes with 25+ years of hands-on experience accross new construction, commercial work, residential renovations, and custom woodworking. He specializes in custom cabinetry and trim elevating every space. One of his most stand-out projects being custom woodwork at the historic First National Center in downtown Oklahoma City.
Marketing
Braiden Johnson
Braiden Johnson leads marketing for Passion Homes, managing the website, digital presence, and project photography. He writes the content, builds the pages, and photographs the work. The standard he holds himself to is the same one the crews hold on site: what we say we do is what we actually do, and nothing goes up that we can't back in person.
